10. Service Availability

Bean Internet Radio 90s Hits makes no guarantee of around-the-clock, uninterrupted availability. The station may go offline from time to time due to planned or unplanned maintenance, technical issues, Live365 platform outages, or at the sole discretion of the station operator.

Bean Internet Radio reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend, or discontinue programming, music format, streaming schedules, or any other aspect of the station's content at any time and without advance notice to listeners. Bean Internet Radio shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from any such interruption, modification, outage, or discontinuation of service.

11. Termination Rights

The following provisions shall survive any termination of these Terms or of a listener's access to the station, and shall continue in full force and effect: the Content Disclaimer (Section 4), No Warranty (Section 6), Limitation of Liability (Section 7), Indemnification (Section 8), and Governing Law (Section 12).

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or to your use of Bean Internet Radio 90s Hits shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Utah, United States of America, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Utah, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
